Provider Agreement highlights

All providers must sign our Provider Agreement before activation. Key terms include:

Upstream ToS Compliance: Providers must maintain valid, authorized access to all models they list. API keys obtained through unauthorized means are grounds for immediate termination.
Data Handling: Providers must not log, store, or retain any request/response data beyond what is technically necessary for inference. No training on user data.
SLA Commitment: Listed capacity must meet the advertised RPM and latency specifications. Repeated SLA breaches result in automatic suspension.
Content Policy: Providers must not modify, filter, or inject content into API responses beyond what the upstream model produces.
Liability & Indemnification: Providers indemnify KeyMart against claims arising from their key provenance, service quality, or upstream violations.
